Drainage solutions for new developments can be complicated.

Following a Preliminary Drainage Assessment Waterco can provide detailed drainage solutions, including calculations and detailed design drawings and packages for submission for adoption (Section 104 Applications )

Waterco uses the most up to date drainage design software and industry standard, Micro-Drainage and all of our designs are prepared using the latest AutoCAD software.

Depending on the scheme a Detailed Drainage Design by Waterco can include the following: 

Foul Drainage

  • Pipe sizes, layouts and connections to existing sewerage systems

  • Liaison with Sewerage Operator for adoption

  • Liaison with Environment Agency for discharge consent
