The majority of new developments will have drainage problems, and drainage solutions can be more complicated than expected. The drainage solutions identified may even influence the development, and compromise layout designs.

Waterco can assess a site before you commit to buying or developing and can advise you on the likely solution and how this can impact on development proposals. Proposals can be hampered by the need to include space for attenuation or access across third party land for drainage connections.
