Waterco have a good track record and have successfully challenged the flood map to remove planning blight from valuable development land.

While the approvals timescale is dependent on the Planning Authority and the EA consultation process, Waterco will provide the assessment required promptly.

Waterco offers a £900 + vat fixed price preliminary appraisal, excluding topographical survey and EA charges for supplying data. After this a ceiling fee estimate, not to be exceeded without prior approval can be provided where a reasonable likelihood of a successful outcome is identified.
