FRA Screening Study
Purpose
Investigate the flood risk for a development of < 1 ha in EA Flood Zone 1 and provide a written report. This should show that the site has a low risk of flooding from all sources. This is mandatory evidence required for the Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) Category 4: SUR1 Management of Surface Water Run-off from developments. This also satisfies the requirements of SUR2 Flood Risk to achieve 2 credits.
