Purpose
Investigate and advise on the most appropriate surface water drainage solutions and provide two reports. These will identify how the Mandatory Elements of the Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) Category 4: Surface Water Run-off will be achieved; satisfy the mandatory evidence requirements for Sur1 and could achieve the 2 credits available for Sur2.

Included items for EA Flood Zone 1 (<1 ha)

  • Advise on location and method of the Building Regulation Part H percolation test method, and analyse percolation test results to determine suitability for soakaways.
